Silent night, restful night

Heinrich Heine described it aptly: "Sleep is the most delightful invention." Everybody who has a deep, continuous sleep knows how right Heine is about this. But more and more people suffer from difficulties falling asleep or are jolted awake from nightmares in the middle of the night. The result: In the morning you are tired and unmotivated, your eyes are burning and you are irritable.

For some people, this turns the whole day into a nightmare! Lack of exercise, stress and bad eating habits in the evening are given as causes for difficulties falling or staying asleep. Vitamin deficiency and lack of mineral nutrients and trace elements mean that the nerve cells are undersupplied. And this causes an immense decline in sleeping quality. If you also suffer from poor sleep or nightmares, you do not have to resort immediately to sleeping pills. Do sport or at least take some time to go for a short walk throughout the day, during your lunch break or on the way home.  A diet rich in vitamins and fibre will also have a positive effect.

And: Try to take peace and harmony with you to sleep in a natural way. One of the most natural goods on earth can help you with this: Water! Drink an adequate amount of fresh, mineral-rich water throughout the day. This comes straight from the tap. With a SecoSan stick you can keep the water fresh and pure – for maximum enjoyment. A glass of SecoSan water should also not be missing from your night table. Should you be jolted awake in the night, a few slow gulps of fresh water help to calm the pulse and pleasantly moisten the oral cavity. This way you can sink back into your pillows relaxed and continue to sleep peacefully. And you will feel it at the latest the next morning when you start the day relaxed: Sleep is the most delightful invention!
